"The service is so bad - it makes it a 1 star stay. We’re currently staying here and literally still waiting on an additional freaking blanket… going on almost 24 hours since the request was put in. Also - took 7 calls to get them to answer the phone to begin with. Like I said, service is about as bad as I’ve ever experienced. We’ll see if anything changes in the next 2 days that gives me any reason to change this 1 star review"
