"The people are rude at front desk, they treat people horribly. Definitely worst place to spend your money on not worth it you will dodge a bullet if you don’t book here."

"The first night , I went to check in and they must have given my room to someone else. I reserved a king bed suite and was put in a double bed room. My door didn’t close all the way, the first bed the springs were coming up out of the bed. The next morning I found out my toilet didn’t flush. I told them in the office and when I came back it still wasn’t fixed the entire time I was there. My friends room had a cockroach in the window as well. Location is amazing, but the rooms are run down and don’t waste your time with the free breakfast. Then on top of my room already being paid for in full they make you pay $100 deposit on top of it while you stay there. They said you get it back after you check out… I will give it a few business days…..the front desk staff at night made us feel rushed was rolling their eyes at callers asking questions or for WiFi passwords. Made me feel dumb bc I questioned my room reservation because I wanted what I paid for. I went to buy food in the store and it was expired by months, you can’t request more towels unless you bring your old towels into the office. There were drug addicts sitting on the stoop of my building, made me feel very unsafe at night. The bathroom faucet was literally just sitting on top of the sink it wasn’t fastened down at all, bathroom door was peeling apart, floor wasn’t clean when I got in there, fridge smelled weird, curtains had some kind of stain almost look like mold on them…"

"Property is run-down and in kinda sketchy neighborhood. My friend and I got harassed right away. You can’t open windows or blinds. No bathroom fan can’t open window either so there’s no ventilation. Doors are very dirty looks like someone trying to break in and someone def kicked the door many foot prints on them. And they charge extra for parking. There are only cheap bread at breakfast, no hot food and served on styrofoam plates ：（Marriott and many other better hotels were cheaper and muuuch better value. Not sure how the property has good review, def only deserves 1 star."

"(I shop by reviews 1st !) 5 star here ! ( this is not a resort, it is a room. Keep that in mind, but an exceptional one !) This place was extremely extremely clean! This is important to me, because I work in medicine, but it should be important to everyone!, & I also own & run my own Airbnb's. So I constantly look with a scrutinizing eye! Location, location ! Steps away from the beach & the boardwalk. City keeps the beach extremely clean also. Lots of amenities along the boardwalk. Walking distance to the water taxi! Room with a kitchenette? Awesome! I bought fresh fish / seafood for every day to cook in my own room, made my own fresh salads to take to the beach, although there are lots of great restaurants walkable in the area. Strong police presence at the beach, which made me feel safe! * bring your own beach towel, or you will wish you had ( $20 deposit for a scrawny one) which reveals why they need to do this " complimentary parking" was advertised, misleading, as it is - $20 / day, thru them, other unaccomodating options available. Free breakfast, appreciated, although the minimum, but appreciated. Check in instructions were not included. I was not the only one left Questioning the instructions on how to do this. There is an office located two buildings over. Although your staff might be very good at what they do, a smile and a friendly, cheerful attitude does go a long way. Staff seem like they were very unhappy. ( you really could ise more staff for the check out process with the # of occupancy) I really enjoyed this place! The prices were extremely reasonable, and then I was told upon arrival I could've even had a better rate booking directly through them. I am definitely keeping them in my contacts for my next visit! Ownership is doing a great job here You are a good role model for this business"

"Cons: The office is hard to find. The woman on the evening staff was not friendly at all and seemed irritated when I asked questions. Then, I was harassed right outside the office by a vagabond who followed me into the office, outside the office, and down the street while yelling at me. Parking is an extra $18. There's a deposit of $100. Breakfast was less than continental. Certain room numbers are hard to locate. Pros: I can say the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is steps from the beach and has 2 small swimming pools. I would pay more to stay somewhere else in the future."
