"It was perfect for us we enjoyed our stay. It has just what you need all the amenities and cute little apartment not far from the beach. Full kitchen large fridge everything you could simply want on a vacation. I couldn't complain & the owner was great our flight was delayed but she didn't give up on us and we appreciate her for keeping our room for three days even though we didn't get here until three days later, so time is dwindling down and it's about time for us to go back home. I am so not ready and the place is just adorable of course it's not all fancy but it's cozy it's been my home for the last 5 days and I've enjoyed! They give you exactly what you need to you shouldn't have to ask for anything more and I would like to thank them for a great stay and it was clean and that's important! It's not modern but definitely clean I am a housekeeper by day back at home so cleanliness this is something that I aim for. Dory thank you very much we appreciate you and your staff for such warm welcome."

"Had booked at another hotel nearby, went in and had to leave. We live locally but our place is being renovated. We love Hollywood Beach and drove by Atlantic Sands and they had a vacancy. What a God send. Dori was fantastic and escorted me in to the mini apartment. It was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable and literally less than 50 feet to the boardwalk and beach. What a wonderful inspiring history by the way of her mother Ana buying real estate in Hollywood Beach so many years ago, and how it has been passed down the family. Continued Success so that we can keep coming back and referring others to your little paradise. CMH"

"I last reviewed Atlantic Sands in March 2015. I've now stayed three times in total and recommended the place to family members. Everyone had been pleased. It's not fancy but it's always immaculately clean. The location is spectacular. I love having a little galley kitchen where we can have some of our meals every day. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and there's a grill for cooking out. Dori and her family are warm, friendly and gracious. The rates are extremely economical. The downsides are not extreme: 1) you get a permit to park in the municipal garage which is close by but occasionally full; 2) the furniture is older and some pieces are not the most comfortable; 3) the A/C is not central, just window units. None of these outweigh the cleanliness, the location, and the kindness of the owners."

"Dori and the Staff were super helpful. The location is just perfect to walk to all the spots along the boardwalk. Great having a den, separate bedroom and kitchen. All very neat and clean! We really appreciate have a full size frig and freezer for drinks and snacks. Very happy with our stay!"
