The staff is so amazing from the front desk to the bartenders to the servers at the restaurant in front Katia was my server for lunch she made recommendations that I loved! She was very prompt. Yaer the bartender is so respectful and has very good conversation loved his drinks as well! My room was cleaned everyday I loved my whole experience"

"Beautiful hotel at an impeccable location. Nice restaurant as well. We even got a 30% off voucher for the food. We liked the modern room and the friendly service. I would recommend the valet if you arrive by car as the parking situation is tricky and it’s not worth cutting vacation time short for this nuisance."

"Great hotel for a short stay. Spent 1 night here in August before going on a cruise. Nothing bad to say. Bedrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. AC works well which is important for August. The hotel is close to a whole host of restaurants and steps away from South Beach. You do have access to lounge chairs on the beach that are reserved for hotel guests. This was included. However if you want an umbrella, you will need to pay extra."

"We stayed here for one night before our cruise. I was on a knee scooter and it didn’t have a ramp to get into hotel. We used the elevator for our room however, upon leaving it was down. Therefore, I had to scoot down 4 flights of stairs. Not one worker apologized. Our room was okay but they had the air set at certain temperature and it was always 78 degrees !!! I understand that there is a huge population of different languages being spoken but they should at least have to know English also in order to communicate . Will never stay again."

It was a personal touch that truly made a difference. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were impeccable, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
