1 Hotel South Beach

"One of the best hotel experiences that I’ve had in recent times. The hotel is big, a lot of people going in and out, but somehow it works seamlessly. My rental car got a flat tire as arrived from the airport. The valet parking team filled the tire with aire for me to reach a nearby gas station. Another day I need a special screwdriver to open a box around midnight. They sent me a person from their engineering staff who opened the box. Rooms are huge and comfortable."

"First and foremost, I had the best massage of my LIFE here by their massage therapist Inessa. She is unbelievable. She has beautiful, calm energy and put such thought and care into the entire experience. She did mention she has about 20 years of massage experience and worked at a chiropractor’s office at one point, which clearly shows. I cannot WAIT to come back and see her again! Second, the hotel is stunning. We had excellent service most of the time. The rooftop restaurant was slammed so it took a bit longer, which is expected. Otherwise, we felt very taken care of. The room was absolutely stunning. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like a rock. We absolutely love this hotel and can’t wait to come back!"

"One of my favorite five star hotels in Miami Beach. Next to its unique and Eco friendly design, this hotel office, everything you need: Spa, gym, yoga classes, 3 amazing restaurants and more. Their service / friendliness are outstanding, their rooms, spacious and very well designed. If I had to find one thing that wasn’t perfect, then it’s probably the thin doors that make noise from the hallways travel fairly easily."

"A great and new infrastructure for this environmental friendly hotel in a good location. The service is by far not up to the standard they would like to sell themselves. We stayed there for 2 nights and problems started when our daughter went to the gym. She wasn't allowed because of liability/insurance related matters. I offered to sign any waiver they would need, but there was zero willingness to solve the problem. I was promised by concierge and reception to speak to the hotel manager, but this never happened. Probably they were busier with something much more important than their customers. We were told that the the gym was managed by a vendor and the finger pointing started. While I mentioned that I'm a customer of the hotel and I should not be interested about their vendors strategy and how they manage them, I was repeated 4 times that they were an external vendor, like this info should have satisfied me. After 2 days of problems the only solutions they offered was to waive the Valet parking and offer a 150$ of credit. Please note the total amount represented a low 1 digit % of the total bill we paid for 2 nights!!! Way to go to compete with high standards hotels. Good luck!"

"Me and my Daughter stayed at the 1 hotel and had an amazing time. the hotel exceeded my expectations. Ruby at the front desk was awesome, she has great customer service and really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Even the guys at the front door are very helpful. This is definitely the best hotel in south beach. Do not hesitate to stay at the 1 hotel. You will not be disappointed. The hotel is super clean and has a wonderful fresh smell. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful decor. I can’t wait to come back. This is definitely my new home when I’m in Miami. The hotel is also great if you’re celebrating a birthday or anniversary. They have a roof top restaurant and bar and pool, private excess to the beach and in walking distance to other restaurants it would make a great romantic getaway."
