"if could give this place 10 stars i would!! Let’s start with the service, check in was across the street at hotel chesterfield, i was checked in by a very lovely lady named melany made my check very smooth and easy! then the room, can i say how beautiful the bar is!! the only downside is no elevator but the room was definitely worth the walk up. The purple theme makes you feel like royalty. The beds are a wonderful queen size and was one of the best sleeps i’ve had in my life! Will definitely be coming back for my next trip see you soon miami!"

"I have stayed here before but they have went so far down hill they in hell... I asked not to be on the 1st floor they still put me there and wouldn't change it as i was checking in ....there is no warm water... cold water only.... the bathroom was dirty on top of that...there were bugs in the room and the floor in the room and hallways is dirty... there is no one in the hotel to help you ...you have to go across the street to the chesterfield and they are very rude.... I complained everyday of my stay and was threatened that they would keep my deposit... they claimed they would send someone over to help but no one ever came. .I had to keep walking over for everything I needed and they just gave excuses... our keycard would not work after trying both cards repeatedly... and others were having the same issues...(not safe at all). I asked to check out to go to another hotel but they claimed they wouldn't refund me even for the days i dont stay...I would still have to pay for the entire booked stay even with all the issues and complaining everyday... worst experience ever.... not to mention the complimentary drinks are about 10 blocks up the street at the Catalina hotel even tho there is an active bar in the hotel.... they say the hotel is secure but anyone can walk in since it's a public bar ran at night... sometimes we'll after 2am (love the bar owners tho they are extremely friendly but not at all part of the hotel...it's a separate bar but located inside... so the doors remain open for ppl to come drink but it gives access to others to freely roam the hotel the only plus to this hotel is the great location it's in"

"SCAM!! SCAM!! Please don’t go in this hotel, rooms are not like the same what it’s been shown in the pictures. Receptionist is very rude and they don’t have reception counter in the hotel. You have to travel to different hotel for front desk. No room service, no housekeeping. Room is full of mosquitoes. Carpet in the hotel is like it’s been not cleaned since 10 years. Specially I request all the people and specially Indians not to visit, not upto the mark at all. You can get better room deals in different hotel."

"Stay away from this place. It is in a nice position but it is literally falling apart an unsafe. When we arrived the lady at the front door told us that our door was malfunctioning so our key won't work, we had to ask somebody working there to use their own key to open our door every time. In the morning nobody was there, we waited for 20 minutes for somebody to show up, we called the number that they provide and nobody answered. We were lucky we saw the lady from the night shift, walking in the street (probably going home) and she managed to open our door. We had tour booked and we were very lucky to make it on time! In addition, during the night the fire alarm started beeping every 30 seconds (like when it needs to repalce the battery or to be cleaned, I guess they don't care about proper maintenance and safety). We contacted the front desk, they told us nothing could be done so we had to stay in the room, uncapable of sleeping for the whole night. The lady at the front desk gave us a email address to contact because she assure that we were entitle for a refund since all the problems we had. But guess what? they never replied to my emails, and when I managed to contact the place though other ways, they REFUSED to refund me! Luckily we only had one night paid, so we left as soon as we can the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SLEEPING ON THE STREET IS BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL"

"Used my card ONE time in Miami and it was at this hotel. IMMEDIATELY after I paid the hidden hotel charge after I booked DIRECTLY through them, I started receiving fraudulent charges. I used a different card the entire time I was there so I know for a fact my information was stolen from this hotel. The check in was across the street. There was never a person at our hotel desk until 5 am. We got up early for an event and stayed up late the night before so I know that for a fact. No one was there when I left at 4:30am and when I came back at 5am I saw a lady, sleeping on the desk, and she never even looked up at me. I just assumed she was a bum that got in from the entrance where they were all sleeping. I know it’s Miami Beach so I overlooked all of that until my credit card information was compromised. That was the final straw. Be careful with this place."
