"WARNING: do not stay here! My fiancé and I stayed for about a week and it was the worst experience. We were fooled by the reviews and images on Airbnb. The rooms and bathrooms are gloomy, small and need a big upgrade. In addition, it’s extremely cold and they only give you one thin blanket for the entire stay. There’s no room clean up or towel change either so expect to be squeezed into a small, humid and messy area. The location is far from most of the Miami attractions unless you have a car. One of the nights there was a girl crying and screaming for help in the building so we called the police. Even after the police came to help her she continued to stomp up and down the stairs, screaming and crying. This left us feeling worried, unsafe and unable to sleep for hours. The next morning the hotel manager apologized to us and explained that the girl got into a fight with her boyfriend and was fine. She also told us everyone would get a refund for that night as long as we wrote them a five star review on Airbnb…lol. We decided not to write a review and refused the refund. At the end of this stay we felt fooled, robbed, fearful and disappointed. Please do yourself a BIG favour and do not stay here! It is much better to just book a well known hotel via their website than a third party like Airbnb because it seems like there’s a lot of scams going on in the Miami area in regards to this."

"Waking up I found a cockroach in my friend's blender cup from the night before so I was not happy about that. They also need a Laundry Room for traveling people."

"Gorgeous Zen, peaceful decor. Cool loft bunk above for my daughter with her own reading light and outlet for her device. Super clean and fresh smelling room, with contactless smart phone registration and keyless entry. Amazing rain-style shower head from up top with a separate sprayer shower head to get sand off from the beach. A great place to meditate and unwind. Very quiet room and building on it's own but I loved the large TV for the smaller space. Just beautiful. Many restaurants across the street and up and down Biscayne with diner style food options, Thai, Haitian, Jamaican, Cuban, Japanese, Argentina, Brazilian, every restaurant imaginable plus public transportation to these places as well as Aventura Mall and Whole Foods market not far on the same 93 and 3 bus line right outside building door. Near Art deco district which is so very cool. My daughter wanted to see the interior design school also on this same busline. Very secure facilities for solo female travelers. Cameras everywhere and contactless entry. Best experience, hotel accommodations ever. Priced reasonable for the area."

"Asked the front desk to hold my luggage due to delayed flight (after staying there 4 days) & the STAFF took TWO expensive jackets out of my bag. Called them when i got home and realized and they told me they had them there but didnt want to send them back. Yes, i offered to pay for the return shipping. im in NC so they simply stole them bc they were INSIDE my luggage and shouldve never been taken out."
