"We had a mix-up with our room and were able to have the issue resolved rather quickly. Ileana was very prompt and professional when responding to our request. It is my understanding that each of these rooms is owned separately. If you happen to rent from Ileana, you can expect professional and courteous service. Very pleased with her customer service and responsiveness."

"I was catfished. First sign the Casablanca sign out front isn’t working. It said 87$ ea night after taxes and fees 250$ ea night. Plus 45$ registration fee plus 38$ ea night for parking. By the way no parking just Valet. Room 535 view of the beachside but no amenities, paint coming off shower walls, had a plug in burner oven didn’t work. Old and never updated. I understand for some finances is why but your paying the same fees in the end so get yourself a 300$ a night hotel somewhere else on south beach. Good luck"

"Please do not stay here. Nasty rooms, smells like a dumpster, probably get bed bugs here. Roaches, cigarette buds, people smoking Marijuana in the elevator. Unsafe, the owner gave us the access code for the room and it was the same for everyone, we open somenone room with the people inside still. Parking was flooded. Rude staff and owner. Nothing in the kitchen works, doors won't close. I thought it was a joke but we had to leave bc never been in a place like this before. Nobody should list this place online is horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"We arrived at this resort at midnight. There was nobody here that spoke English at the front to communicate with us. It was a very scary situation since they do not have regular parking you have to valet, but it is very hard to get direction from them with a communication barrier, when trying to contact management we were not received well. The room is near the beach. It does have roaches the air conditioning does not shut off so it is very cold. The only option we were giving was $45 for valet parking which was not feasible for our situation since we are coming and going from my room multiple times a day due to the nature of our trip. I definitely wouldn’t come back here. We had to cancel multiple things for our trip due to not feeling like we had any other option, but to park our car once a day with a valet and in the end, we will spend more money on parking than we did on the place to say I will definitely look for other options when I do this again."

"Let’s start and say it is oceanfront and the pool is nice! However absolutely do not book this hotel. This is the exact definition of a catfish hotel, everything in the rooms is corroded, rusted walls peeling off, no cleanliness and we found a roach in the bathroom, we only stayed two night, the rooms are air bnb so the hotel does not supply anything so we never had towels ran out of toilet paper was told we were gonna be brought towels, never did. Prices of the tub were broken off. It smelled I mean terrible, we just about left and was gonna find a different hotel. This place is disgusting."
