"I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this particular location. The staff is disingenuous and extremely unhelpful when trying to make a modification to an existing reservation. Several parents from a soccer team group had similar experiences. We made a reservation for 2 nights and later revised the reservation for 1 night (within the allowed period); however, the hotel billed me for 2 nights. Even after showing proof of the revised reservation, it didn't matter to the hotel staff. Beware when considering using this hotel.....I strongly advise you to consider other options."

"I travel for a living and will never stay at this hotel again. Started off getting my reservation canceled bc there was an issue with my card. Instead of contacting me by phone, text or email, they flat out canceled me. Thankfully, I noticed during my layover and was able to call in when I noticed it. On arrival to the airport I called at 733p from baggage claim and was told the shuttle would arrive shortly at B4. After 30 min of standing in 50° Temps and seeing other shuttles returning 2 - 3 times I called back and was told yes the shuttle was on its way by James and that I would receive extra points for having to wait. It finally showed up at 840ish and William, the shuttle driver said he was never notified that I needed to be picked up until 15 min before he actually pulled up. Once at the hotel James stated that he had issued me the points, but 2 hrs later still nothing. Just my bonus points that I receive anyway for not taking the welcome snacks. I was asked if I needed the shuttle I said yes at 3. Came down and was told the shuttle wasn't leaving til 330am, so I had to get an UBER to get to the airport. I also got absolutely no rest whatsoever bc the room next door had their tv on all night. If honesty and a decent night's rest is what you're looking for, then this hotel is not it. Look elsewhere."

"Room was very clean and neat (ADA), staff was exceptionally helpful and caring. FOB didn’t work, we were stranded so to speak. The nice young man at front counter, called and had a new battery sent via his door dash account as I didn’t have one. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but he was AMAZING and had a nice southern accent. The new battery didn’t solve the problem, but while we were waiting another you d man suggested that I look on internet to see how to bypass, was able to make that work and made it home safe and sound! I would highly recommend this place and will use again when we are in the area."

"This place saved me! My flight home got cancelled due to weather so I got stuck in Orlando one extra night, and I was already at the airport. In a rushed manner, I booked myself at the La Quinta down the road from this place (do NOT book there- the rooms are not clean at all, the room and hotel smelled like marijuana everywhere, and weird people were hanging around. I did not feel comfortable at all staying there as a solo female traveller). Upon arriving at La Quinta I knew I could not stay there, so I quickly looked for something else. I saw this Holiday Inn & quickly booked a room here. Upon getting there I was immediately relieved (it had been a really long day dealing with airline/airport and the awful hotel down the road). The man at the front desk was super nice and welcoming, my room was extremely clean, and it was quiet throughout the night. To make it even better, there was free breakfast in the morning and a free shuttle service to the airport! If I were ever stuck in Orlando again but needed to stay close to the airport, I’d stay here over and over. Highly recommend if you’re in a bind at the airport and need a place to stay!"
