"Rooms are little bit outdated. Its a convenient hotel but it has had its best time. The Bar area has not really a inviting appearance. Staff were friendly and because of its location close to cruise terminal i would book again probably."

"We spent the night before our cruise here. I wanted to give a shout out for Yavondra at the front desk.!! She gave us an upgraded room after our very long day of flying and we sure appreciated it. Also, I left my purse in the restaurant and she called me and delivered it to me at 11:00pm that night with everything in it!!! I was totally impressed. Our cruise could have been a disaster before it started. It was also nice to not have to go anywhere for food in the morning. Thank you again Yavondra for going out of your way for us."

"First of all, the staff is super nice. Room 1223. Bathroom fan bearing going out high-pitched intermittent noise. Told the front desk,they sent a tech. Not fixed, It was less frequent but still there. Noise outside is horrible. We can hear every car, car alarms going off all night, loud muffler noise. Didn't fall asleep till 3 am. once traffic died down."

"I only stayed one night and enjoyed it quite a bit. The rooms were everything I like about the brand (comfortable). The staff is good and I have no complaints. The location is good for business downtown or if you're going to the port for a cruise. It is a bit noisy in that part of town, though, and getting there requires some one way street navigation."

"Great service overall. My husband and I stayed for the night before a cruise. The room was clean (and I’m a stickler for cleanliness). The food was good for breakfast at the downstairs bistro. Service was fast when asking for a few additional towels. The bed was comfortable. Overall, perfect stop for a night."
