"Very good location, anyhow very disappointed with the room size, the shower is like a cruise, very minimalist. We felt like in a capsule. I think this is a concept from Japan. You have to sleep and leave, if not you fell inside a box. Extremely small, no amenities, a long slim pool. This concept is not for me. We paid $500. For 1 night. I could have stayed in a hotel for a bigger size and more and better amenities. Everything is miniature. Anyhow I have to say that the bed was comfortable but your partner has to jump over you to go to the bathroom because it is against the wall to make more space in the room. The iPad concept is nice."

"Excellent location & property - Brickell is a happening place. - Clean and safe hotel. - Good staff. Spacious and always active lobby. - Rooms are unique in a way that they are compact & modern. It can accommodate only 2 and storage and safe are under the bed. Has mood lighting and everything is controlled from an iPad glitch-free. - A nice rooftop with pool. - Elevator access with key card. - Two refillable water bottles in room. - Multiple restaurants nearby - Mediterranean, Italian etc. We oddly liked it for its compactness. The bed right next to window with views of Brickell at night is cool."

"Rooms are small but clean and thoughtfully laid out. They are about 6 meters/yards by 2.5 meters/yards but pack a king sized bed, shower, desk, etc. I’m 6’3” and got along just fine. Lobby is fun and roof top pool and bar are very nice. Great location. Get past the room size and you are golden!!"

"I wish I could give it a 4.5. I would give the hotel a 5 for friendly staff, beautiful community spaces, lovely rooftop pool, cleanliness, and great location. But I have to give it a 4 due to the size/space of the rooms - I don't feel like the photos online accurately depicted just how small they are. I think it's fine if you just need a place to drop your bags, but it was very tight for two people. We had a hard time comfortably managing two people showering, getting ready, etc. We are in our 40s, and I did feel older there, so perhaps it's a great place if you're younger and just want a quiet place to sleep. I would stay again, but maybe if it was a work trip or a shorter stay."

"This should be probably a 3 1/2 star hotel. Rooms are super small. If you are tall or on the heavy side you probably can't fit your stuff in the room. We liked the pool. However, the service is not good. You will hear "No" to lots of questions for services that you take for granted in other four stars hotels. No vending machine or water on the floors. You should go to the lobby to take water from a fountain. There is no coffee maker, no iron in the room. There's just one iron in every other floor to use which was quite uncomfortable. Update: I sense the need to add that the staff are also unprofessional and sometimes simply disrespectful. The general attitude of the hotel's personnel is condescending, and it is noticeable in hotel's response to my comment. The citizenM business concept is not out of the box, as they claim. It's very simple. They save money by omitting several essential services. In return, they barely reduce the price tag."
