"Never have I had a problem until I had to deal with some young white lady at front desk. She got a slick mouth and because of it I definitely won’t be having any other family get work done there. Apparently it’s ok for them to reschedule appointments 30 days out but god forbid you run a little late “that’s what appointments are for” is the response you will get after being pushed back another 3 weeks. Ridiculous ….. If I would have encountered this lady before you guys would have lost my business along time ago."
"Update: At the beginning, the girls in the front didnt listen and were kinda rude, they finally broke my retainer without my consent and kicked me out from the establishment. Then, The owner (the real dentist or the doctor) and Jessica (the manager) called me, apologized and gave me and excellent service for free. They were MORE THAN AMAZING! Everything was solved and now i feel really happy with my new retainer. Jessica and the doctor are wonderful professionals, i just hope the girls in the front receive more training but overall they solved the problem. I also hope the doctor can have more availability."
"Great staff, service and overall experience. I actually paid upfront for the invisiline, wasn’t successful (my fault), sounded weird talking during my business meetings and so I wouldn’t wear them. Dr. Shih gave me other options in the form of braces, didn’t have to pay anything more and today after 39 years I finally have a great smile. Thank you!"
"I've been to 2 other orthodontists and while they weren't bad per se, Dr. Peter Shih and staff are top notch! They are gentle, caring, and after a few visits, they begin to feel like they're your family. If I had to do this all over again, I would have clearly gone with this Orthodontist."
