"Came here with my son and we both left SICK! we have some sort of flu with nasal congestion and throat pain and lung mucus. Like other posts the staff was acting strange and the doctor was very rude to me. Definitely reporting to our provider and looking for a new doctor."

"I have been going here for the past 16yrs with my oldest son, I now go with my newest child. I've never had any issues with staff or doctor, yes we have sometimes waited a little longer then normal but I feel as tho it's cuz they take time with each patient and the issues that has going on. I see both Patel's and love them both, office staff is friendly and gets my referrals, shot records, copies of lab work all done in a proper time frame!! I've called them at home on more then 1 occasion and they have stopped whatever they were doing to help me so I didn't have to go to the hospital. With my newest child I have never waited more then 20 minutes in the lobby and no more then 45 minutes in the room to see the doctor.. This office is great STAFF and DOCTORS included.... we absolutely LOVE the PATEL'S"

"I been taking my child to Dr Patel for years. I know we cant please everyone. I know one thing when I call for an emergency I get on the same day without hesitation. Other offices have made we wait over a week for an appointment. Dr Patel even will wait to see my child on the weekend or late evening if I am running late. Even during the Christmas holidays I had called Dr Patel of my child being sick coming home from college. She had dropped everything to accommodate to see my son when he sick and get his vaccine update while he away from college. I could ask for anything more from a doctor who has accommodate to see my children at odd times despite all other clinics are closed except the emergency room. My son had a fracture one time she had her staff work on a referral immediate before I left the office. Other office I been to I waited over a week to get a simple referral. I have no complaints. She a wonderful doctor"

"This doctors office is amazing. I would give them 5 stars except the waits are always very long once in the office however the doctors here are very knowledgeable and can straight forward. I think a lot of the negative feedback is based on people who like hand holding from their doctor. These ladies come in and get right to the point and can often look at something and tell you what it is without saying 1 symptom. Very old school style of office but functional. My kids see B. Patel and you can hear the experience she has when she talks with you. If you like old style Doctors who have been around awhile and don't just write prescriptions but try to dig into what is causing an issue then this is definitely a great place to go. Just expect to be there for over an hour every time."

"For my son's one month check up, I was escorted back to a room immediately to keep him away from sick kids, which I thought was nice.... We sat there listening to her go from patient to patient for 40 mins, thinking they were just busy and they'd get to us- they forgot we were there! The doctor had gone home by the time I came out looking to see what was up... Very glad I'm not a person who needs to call the ped for questions all the time, since I don't have much of a choice but to go here due to insurance/transportation/etc. They're not even very nice- the doc always seems to make some kind of passive-aggressively rude and judgemental comment... Wouldn't recommend..."
