"Mother of 5 and all my kids LOVE going here. Most kids hate doctors . Staff is friendly . It’s clean . Great with last minute appointments. I’m 30 and was a patient here my entire life and grateful that they accept my kids insurance . I have peace of mind knowing my kids will get the amazing care I did my entire childhood . In 1998 I needed emergency surgery and the doctor came at 4am in pjs to check my vitals because the hospital staff wasn’t alarmed by 200/100 for a child and the doctor came and filed a complaint against them . I know that most doctors wouldn’t go the extra mile like that . The office decor is also great as it’s a distraction to not feeling well.the only bad thing I have to say is the front desk receptionist IRMA is extremely rude , non informative and cuts you off and will not allow you to explain anything and will proceed to talk over you and tell you she’s busy and doesn’t have time and to call back around 1 after lunch hour ."

"Front desk is rude. Always acts like you’re inconveniencing them when checking in. DR.Bell was amazing but he’s gone. I was staying for DR.Reinerstein but the other provider there ALWAYS has me waiting at least 45 minutes to be seen.. seems like she thinks the patients time is not as important as her time. I understand things happen and other appointments go longer but for this to be consistently happening is a problem. If you can’t keep up with seeing your patients maybe you should schedule less patients. I will be finding a new office for my kids."

"Awful. Drs are ok, but staff is rude. Tried to make an appointment was put on hold five minutes. Called back, the lady said she was helping someone. Obviously they need more help as u can’t even get anyone on the phone. Terrible"

"This is not my Grandson's regular Pediatrician but he had to go there for a procedure that his doctor in Palm Coast doesn't do. This office was spotless, the staff were all amazing, kind, and handled a newborn perfectly. I would highly recommend this Doctors office. I only wish it wasn't so far from us because I know my Daughter would take both her kids here."

"I really like this office. They always answer the phone and if I state any concerns with my baby they are really quick to get me in so my child can be taken care of. I mean really I called once and just asked about cleaning my newborns umbilical cord and they offered a same day appointment and to top it off Dr. Reinertsen called me and explained what to do. I have never had one of my childrens doctors call and actually talk to me due to always being too busy. This Place is awesome truly. Then again for a diaper rash, they immediately got me in. This place has time and a lot of care for their patients! Also I wanted to add Dr. Reinertsen is an amazing doctor! I wish I had found him when my other child was a baby. He is so thorough with all of his care. He takes his time and is so informative. It is extremely hard to find a place with good communication and that has time for you. This place rocks. Even the front office staff is very sweet and helpful."
