"I had an amazing experience in this office -- and that's a lot to say from someone who's been traumatized with dental experiences since childhood. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants (Sonia and team), Dr. Kim, and the dental hygienist (Amanda) were very professional, approachable and efficient. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back."
"Meh. The front desk was abandoned when I got there and stayed that way for more than 10 minutes. The staff was nice enough after they showed up. The place is in poor material condition. That did not inspire confidence about the quality of care I would receive. They quoted me an incredibly high price for a service that I was extremely sure was 100% covered by my insurance and was covered in the past at other dentists. I said no thanks. I won’t be back."
"I have multiple text and emails confirming my appointment, but when I tried to check in, I was told that my appointment wasn’t in their system. When trying to rebook me, the system would show available time slots but then not let the receptionist book me for them. I now have been rebooked for an appointment over two months later than the one I originally signed up for. I took off work for this and now have to do it again at a less convenient time. So beyond frustrated. There were system issues at my last appointment too, but not quite this bad. Time to find a new dentist with a scheduling system that works."
"Always been hesitant going to the dentist due to horror stories. However, this location had wonderful staff. I need a tooth pulled for having a hole in it. Dr. Kim pulled it the same day as the exam visit. Completely painless. Billing is easy and straight forward. Definitely would recommend to others."
