"I love Dr. Patel. She is extremely thorough and she is completely in this because she genuinely cares about children. It takes awhile to understand the dynamics of the office staff, but the important thing is that your child is in great hands. She will take an hour with your child if she thinks something may be off and she unapologetically does so."

"Dr Patel has been my doctor from infant to 18. I'm 28 and she's now taking care of my babies. If you don't know her , you'd think she's rude but she really straightforward and blunt. She's resolved all my issues I've ever had for my children and will ask questions that may seem like she wants to get "in your personal business" but she just wants to know that kids are going to be healthy physically and mentally. Any issues my children have had she always had a solution that worked. Office is older but they have been in business for decades and know what they are doing. I love Dr Patel and will continue to bring my babies."

"Transferring to this office a few years ago was a bit of a challenge. At that time, the front office staff weren’t that friendly and I just dismissed it because the wait wasn’t long. Just like any new, unfamiliar situation in life, it takes awhile to get to understand the atmosphere and culture of certain medical practices, but my son at the time was having breathing and circulatory issues and Dr. Patel gave him a complete physical but for double reassurance, she sent him to Nemours for more advanced testing. She has never downplayed any concerns because she embraces the fact that if parents have a gut instinct that something is wrong, she actually will do whatever is in her power to do what needs to be done to not only care for your child, but to make sure you, the parent has peace of mind. She has never rushed my kid’s out of her exam room because she has other patients waiting. She will talk to your child and ask them questions and explain the why’s and what’s to your child. My 10 year old needed a tetanus shot and he teared up immediately. She told him a few seconds of pain is worth being alive and explained how he could get tetanus and it was over in seconds and I appreciated her telling him the truth. She is obviously an extremely intelligent woman who doesn’t feel the need to strut around or prove herself. She has shared stories about her extensive travels and how she grew up in Africa. She is a person I wish I could sit with for hours and just learn about her extraordinary life. I am so glad that we switched to her because I honestly believe in my heart that she has such in-depth knowledge and experience in pediatric medicine that by giving her team a little slack at the beginning, you’ll understand that she only cares about the health of that child and she isn’t a reactive person whose going to deal with inpatient people waiting over 20 minutes in the waiting room."

"Usha and her staff have been around for decades so obviously they are doing something right. They were my pediatrician from age newborn and every year up until I was 18. I am 28 years old w three children who have also been with this office since their every first checkup. I guarantee the problems you will run into here you will 100% run in to them at any dr office. No one is perfect and if you prefer a more hands on 1on1 experience with your Dr this is the office to go to. They are definitely considered family in this household!"

"I won't give this money hungry person any star. I had my son checked out by Usha Patel right after he was born and she was very aggressive with him and she acted like she didn't care. After my wife had an appointment with her with my son and she told me that Patel was rushing and didn't bother to care for our son. I just found out that she charged my wife money for our son's records to get his doctor changed and also she is charging $120 for 2 visits when my son has insurance that covers everything. I do not recommend Patel and demand she get fired for not caring for patients. Patel is a money hungry person and should Immediately get removed. I have heard that a lot of people are choosing a different doctor, and I recommend you get a different doctor if you have her and not go to her and give her bad reviews. I have nothing good to say about Patel. Also some information on paperwork we got it's not true and my wife didn't even tell her."
