"My 86 yr old handicap mother was refused medical treatment today. We had an appointment for an exam and xrays. I was told the appt was only for a limited exam and xray. I got very upset with them. They dont realize or care how difficult it was just to bring my Mom there. She is in excruciating pain. Yet even though Aspen has a moral, ethical and medical obligation to treat the patient (who had no idea what had happened) the Office manager asked us to leave without treating my elderly mom. Being in the medical field they should have "thicker skin". Of course I was upset! Wouldn't you be? Nonetheless my mother should have been treated. They didn't CARE about the pain my mom is currently experiencing !!! The dentist never even showed their face. This was handled completely by the office manager. The office manager never asked anything of me. She relied solely on the xray tech. who was rude to me when I insisted my Mom get a full exam."
