"Rooms are dirty sheets covers towels all have stains on them booked a room and was disappointed never book here they have a policy that says sheets and covers are changed every other day to save water and energy what a joke. Location is great other than that not recommended worse hotel to book in Orlando Florida"

"This is the worst hotel you can possibly stay at . The workers are all extremely slow and in the head as well. They don’t know how to help with anything at all. Spent a lot of money here and they don’t want to give my deposit back because they said “ I smoke in the room” . This place will do anything to steal your money. They made this lie up and now I’m left without my deposit. This place is EXTREMELY dirty and for breakfast they give expired food . The walls are so thin and the workers are extremely loud in the mornings . I would never and will never stay here again . I recommend everyone to stay as far away from here as possible ."

"Discusting and horrible service, actually no service. We stayed 2 nights $130 a night. Par for the course shower drain clogged, I hate showering in standing water. Toilet running continually, Bathroom light switch loose so light took a few minutes to come on, I mentioned this in morning when we went to the parks. Came back from parks light still not working, and no maid service, no towels changed, no garbage taken. Last item a roach by door, kicked it out in hallway. Wasn't worth $50. I can't believe I spent $130 a night."

"Please make a designated smoking area for smokers!! They stand right at the back door smoking and you literally have to ask/wait for them to move to walk through it. It's disgusting and not safe for people with asthma, allergies or kids! Other than this, the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. I was given a room that was possibly being repaired but I was immediately switched to another without any issues. My next room was right by the elevator and it wasn't the best because of the constant noise. If I stay again, I will make sure I'm not right by the elevator. The tub drained slow but everything else in the room was fine."
