"Rooms were fine, great value for the price. The location is very close to Disney springs so that's good. Hotel and breakfast area all clean. My only gripe is the service to get anything in this hotel is awful. After over 1hour and 2 calls I went directly down to the front desk to get towels which was holding my group up. Other than that.. everything was fine"

"I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at the SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village. I gave it 4 stars due to a few small items, but overall it was a great hotel with an ideal location for visiting the Disney and Universal theme parks. The rooms were very clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While slightly outdated in their decor, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with separate living room and bedroom areas. I appreciated the extra room to spread out compared to a standard hotel room. The staff here were wonderful and very friendly and helpful with recommendations getting around the area and theme park tips. They provide that signature Marriott hospitality. The hotel features a nice outdoor pool which is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks under the Florida sunshine. There's also a fitness center on site. The location cannot be beat, with close proximity to Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It was super convenient to quickly get to and from the parks. The free breakfast in the morning offered standard hotel fare of eggs, meat, breads and cereals. While it wasn't the most extensive or impressive breakfast buffet, it definitely got the job done to fuel up in the morning. The only real downsides were the slightly outdated decor and average breakfast. But the location, cleanliness, room sizes and friendly service still make this a great choice for families and theme park travelers who want convenience."

"Overall my stay was great. Breakfast was great. The one thing to look out for was I was told my deposit would be funded in 1-2 weeks. It is now over a month and I have still not received my deposit back to my visa credit card. Be mindful of any upfront fees and anything else being charged upon check in and out. Otherwise a good experience. Still waiting for my deposit back…"

"Springhill suites , located inside Marriott village was a very nice and clean place to stay. Shuttles to and from Disney we're for the most part on time and very reliable. Rooms were nice, and very clean, rooms did seem to be with thin walls, id request a high floor next time. Free breakfast is always a nice feature, it could have been a little better quality but for free I have no complaints I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Orlando"

"We were on fall break and decided to spend two nights at Disney. We were looking for something super budget friendly since we would only be there to sleep. Found this place based on searching google maps. It’s super close to the Disney Parks and Disney Springs area. Check in was super easy, staff were friendly and I was thankful they came in our room to make our beds and replenish our towels. Since this is in the Marriott Village you have access to the pools and amenities in the other hotels. Don’t expect this hotel to be a 5 star. I’m basing my review on budget friendly hotels. The rooms are nothing fancy, slightly dated, but they were clean and had lots of room for our family of 4. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The hotel also included free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 each morning. The hotel does include a shuttle but there are not a lot of options for the shuttle times like a Disney resort. We ended up just driving to the parks since it was very limited. Overall for the price and the need for us, this hotel was great."
