"The room was in dire need of a paint job. However it was clean. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows square and very lumpy but I brought my own pillow. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Would definitely stay again"

"Check in staff were nice. Other than that all I can say is dirty, dirty, dirty. Room was dated and in need of repairs. No tissues. One roll toilet paper. Water leaking from somewhere onto rug outside the bathroom door where mold was growing on rug in corner and was squishy to walk on near bathroom. Ice machine room was disgusting with food and god knows what overflowing in trash bin and an awful smell. Ice machine didn’t work. Pillows were odd shaped and lumpy. Bed was ok. Do not recommend."

"The hotel main areas look great. When we got into the room, it smelled of mold. It is hard to get past this. It may be the air-conditioning evaporator they tend to stink like mold of not cleaned. I would not stay here again."

"I went there with a group of 5 coworkers. We lasted less than an hour. When we walked in we were hit with a powerful chemical smell. At first I thought it was just the cleaner but it was all the way up to my room. The room itself was beat up and one of my colleagues sent us a picture of mold on the wall. The smell started to overpower and burn my nose. We all commented on it. When one of my group went to the front desk, there was another group of people already checking out to go somewhere else. They were complaining about the same thing. The last straw was looking at the reviews and seeing what others said the echoed what we did along with what someone found staff doing. The hotel we went to was the same cost and ridiculously better"

"This hotel is in a great location as it is close to lots of attractions. The front so far has been nice. The rooms aren’t great at all. The guest room I had, had a horrible smell and one of the needs was broken as if it was missing a leg. One side of unit elevator was broken (people were stuck in it). The second room they moved me to was better but there was NO HOT WATER! When I went to the front desk the person said they have been having issues with the hot water and they hope to get it fixed soon. That didn’t help me! I should have been made aware of this when I checked in. At that point it would’ve given me an option to change if needed. I will NEVER choose this location again. I visited a family member at the Comfort Inn Airport and it was amazing. That’s where I will book the next time."
