"We stayed here for 5 night to attend a dance competition at the Orange County Convention Center. The location was good and cost half the price of staying in the convention center hotels. Hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were all kind. One night the fire alarms went off twice while we were sleeping, each time for only a second but wow was it loud, thankfully no fire. Front desk said sometimes if someone takes a hot shower (not necessarily in our room) the alarms go off. That was our only problem. It was a pleasant stay."

"Update - management was very helpful in the morning after being shown the photos of our room. DO NOT RECOMMEND - checked in late (11:55pm), but before nightly cutoff, and there was no clerk at the front desk.. after knocking repeatedly on the window she finally came to check us in. While we were waiting another customer came up and asked how we got the desk clerk to come to the window, this woman had been waiting for service and had circled the building multiple times before we were able to check in. When we got to our room, a man had followed us and was looking through our window (privacy shade not shut yet) while he was talking his phone. We saw no other people in the parking lot or on our way to our room.. he moved on when my friend made eye contact and told him “no”’ through the window. Once we had settled into the room we noticed some obviously stains on the curtain, ceiling, and walls - they all appeared to be blood… some photos are attached to this review. Luckily the beds and bathroom were clean but will never stay at this property or another Wyndham owned property again."

"The location in relation to the OCCC is great. Short walk away. It is in a safe area. The room was ok at best. I suppose you get what you pay for, but i feel like this misses the mark still. It shows that there is just not enough care in making the room as good as it can be. The whole room needed a good paint job. There were stains on the curtains and walls. Bed was comfortable and clean as far as i could tell. The bath tub drain backed up immediately when showering and didn't drain at all. The property as a whole is pretty nice. Pool area is great and well kept. Background: I'm a facility management professional who has kept up large commercial and industrial sites. It's not rocket science, but you need supplies and staff that care. In the end, its a comfortable bed to sleep in and get the job done, but with the amount of competition in the area, they need to step up their game to stay relevant."

"Cons: Room AC barely cools, bathroom stays wet and damp. King-size bed is VERY firm. Older hotel. Over priced (paid almost $500 for 3 nights) Soap provided burned our faces so badly it felt like sunburns. No counter space at all, just a sink. Housekeeping came in room even though sign on door. Pros: Walking distance to convention centers, close to Disney & Universal. Nice friendly staff. Restaurant on premises. Linens & towels were nice quality. Parking is free. No resort fee. Water pressure good and gets really hot. Would I stay here again? Maybe if it was $80 a night. Do not use the soap!!!"

"I almost never leave reviews, but I feel like this time, it's only fair that I do to address some comments people have made about this place. First off, this is an Inn, just like any other Inn I've been to around the country. Cheap accommodation and a motel-esque aesthetic, again, like most Inns, you get what you pay for, and I feel like it is a good deal. Regarding bugs, I didn't encounter any in my 3-night stay, rooms were clean and sanitary, beds comfortable, roommates were respectful and didn't hear any noise other than people walking by in the morning to start off their day. Shower had unlimited hot water and the toilet was clean and adequate. Staff was respectful and helpful, including cleaning staff. Location was great and although I never used the pool it looked great. I really don't know what's wrong with people staying here and what their expectations are. Definitely met my expectations and overall I had a pleasant stay and no complaints."
