"I made an appointment to have my truck aligned and a couple of tires replace at 1pm, got there checked in and was told to wait. Had to wait until like 1:30 because the technician was on launch. Around that time a guy that may have been a supervisor (he was behind the register when I paid) ask us in really rude manner what we are doing there until I explained that we already had a work order done and someone told us to wait there and he called someone and started telling him that they had to let him know because he didn't know anything... When we go back to pickup the truck this same person tells me that the tires I provided were not the right size for Which I apologized (someone sold the wrong tire) and then he says my total is $215 when he had quoted me 115 for the alignment. They obviously could not install the tires because they were the wrong size. But he says they had to install a part for the alignment to which I said, you should have let me know before installing anything else to what he responded if you want I'll take it off. I said it's not the point I just believe it would be the right way to do it since I'm paying for it. Then he proceeds to tell me that he is charging me 30 dollars for the work they did with the tires even though they obviously could not install them. I told him that I understand that they were the wrong size but a trained professional should have just looked at the tires and would have seen that they were not the right size. It did not seem fair to me. The manager then passed by and said "JUST TAKE IT OFF AND THE NEXT TIME THEY COME WE WILL CHARGE THEN MORE FOR THEIR WORK". which completely blew my mind to such unprofessionalism and so disrespectful. I did not say anything else and left. I hope it's just this location where you have this kind of employees but I'm never going back there."

"Let me start by saying that I have used the Broadway location in Tampa several times, but I just experienced the most terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment a few days ago and today I showed up for my appointment time and they argued with me that I did not make an appointment even after I showed them on my phone where I called and made the appointment. I’m not the type to let someone talk to me any type of way so the exchange turned into a full-blown argument. They said that they could “work me in” that day but I didn’t have time to sit up there and wait for who knows how many hours, plus after they basically called me a liar, why would I want to give this company my money anyways. I refuse to give this company anymore of my business after basically being called a liar and being seriously disrespected."
