"Called them needing 3 8ply radial trailer tires and was told they had 2 8 ply and had one 6 ply. They gave me one new 8 ply one new 6 ply and one used 4 ply. Since I had already paid when I realized this, I went back in the office and confronted them about how they put the wrong tires on and they were not willing to do anything to make it right. Not even a little compensation for charging me for 3 new tires and giving me one used. Just told me thank you and if I have an issue they’ll cover it. Very unprofessional way of treating a customer. Dont waste your time or money here UPDATE: So the used tire that they sold me and claimed was new started cracking so I took it to a real tire shop and they discovered it was from 2012 and is illegal for a tire shop to mount. It was installed with a tube in it as well so they knew that it was a bad tire. Absolutely pathetic"

"These guys took me last minute on New Year's Eve. They treated my $30 job as if it were a $3000 job. Very respectful men working here. I had tried to go to the other tire shop down the street and was turned down and not treated very nicely. In desperation, I pulled into this place and was treated like a human being instead of a piece of meat. The kind gentleman who took care of my tires also let me know of some other things that needed to be fixed and gave me very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be coming back to the place. Great business and amazing employees!"

"Had an (apparent) unusual request as I went to multiple tire shops and was turned down everywhere but here. Not only did these guys happily help me out, but started on it within minutes, went above and beyond what I expected, and the price was less than I thought it would be. When it comes to service, you'll never find better."
