Tire Kingdom

"I was in Tampa for work and found out my tire was flat when I checked out of my hotel. The manager, Ryan, didn’t stock my brand and immediately got on the phone to find it and within a few hours, I was back on the road with a new tire and oil change. He and his new employee were very nice and even set up an office for me so I could work while waiting. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been to this Tire Kingdom a multitude of times over the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They always explain things to me and offer a bunch of options. Special shoutout to Ryan who is usually there with great attitude and a smile."

"I took my car in specifically for them to remove a nail from my tire. After I picked up the car and returned home, the nail was still in the tire. See photo. When I went back to Tire Kingdom, they fixed it but had no explanation as to how the nail was missed. Unbelievable."

"They damaged every single one of my wheels with the impact tool, and it looks like they tossed one onto something and damaged it more. It only came in for a rotation. Car broke down after, or I would have been back, but it's been in the shop over since, so a bunch of screwed up wheels on a broken car. Felt kicked while I was down... had some time to calm down, so maybe I'll be able to talk to them and see what they will do to fix this once the car is running again, but I'm not going to recommend them to anyone after noticing this."

"I will start by saying that the people here are very nice. Customer service is fantastic…. But - do not for any reason, have tires installed, aligned, or balanced here, unless you want a long-standing issue. The background: I had a nail in one tire and they told me I needed to replace all four. Ok. Fine. I replaced all of the tires and bought their package to have wheel alignment and tire balancing. Upon installation, I drove out and my car was pulling to the right heavily. I took it back and they then admitted they could not perform the alignment whatsoever because the computer system can’t read the wheel placement and directed me to go to the Jeep dealership to have it done. (Weird, but ok?) The Jeep dealer was confused as to why the tire company was unable to do it, but they did it for me anyway. THEN, I started to drive on the new tires and my car was rattling whenever I got up over 60 miles an hour… I brought the car back into Tire Kingdom and they told me it sounded like the tires were out of balance, so they would re-balance them for me. They did so, but the rattling continued. I called and had it balanced a THIRD time. Rattling continued. I took my car back to the dealership and asked them to give my wheels a look over… the dealership told me that the entire car was rattling because whoever balanced the tires had put the wheel weights on entirely incorrectly and it in the most sloppy manner they had ever seen. (Attached photos.) the dealership fixed it and now I have no issues. Please do not go to this location unless you wish to have long-standing vehicle issues."
