""Oh no!" Even though it's right down the street, we always have to plan to go to 7-11 because we just know Racetrac is probably closed! At like 8 p.m. on a friday and Saturday evening when they're probably super busy. Always random during the day but usually anything past 7 p.m. just assume they're closed and plan to go past it to the next gas station. Usually several people outside looking through doors just shocked watching the employees inside messing around deciding to lock the doors "cause they wanted a break." Called and watched them ignore the phone."

"Never any fresh pizza. Dried out and tastes like sandpaper. Threw it away."

"These people are very rude, always yelling at the customers to use the kiosk cashier. Maybe some of us like to actually talk to a real person. 4 people were behind the cashier desk but only had 1 register open and yelling for people to use kiosk. I rarely go here even though it's across the street from my house. When I do go I ask myself why I did it again. They have horrible culture and are losing customers"

"Employees didn’t greet customers, were talking amongst themselves. When I checked out, I payed for some items and asked the lady to put the rest on pump 5. She asked “pump 5?” To make sure she heard me correctly and I said yes. When I went out to pump the gas, they hadn’t put it on there. My boyfriend was getting annoyed at this point and went back inside to ask them to put it on the correct pump. A different lady that hadn’t even checked us out said “oh no you didn’t say pump 5 you said pump 9” they ended up putting it on pump 5 for us like they were supposed to in the first place. Terrible customer service! Not to mention it looked dirty and the trash cans outside were literally overflowing. Only giving them 2 stars cause we got a laugh out of the stickers on the pump."

"Place looks great, staff I'm sure are wonderful people. Never heard the excuse though that the pump was slow because there were too many customers at the pumps. Can anyone verify that? I've been pumping gas for over 40 years and never have I experienced such a slow pump and an excuse to justify that. On top of that no paper at the pump for a printed receipt. Cashier in the store could not print one either. The last time this happened my credit card was compromised at a Racetrac in Georgia."
