"Former RaceTrac employee here, I noticed there were two employees in the store but the doors were locked while one stood around and did nothing while the other one mopped and it’s after 2:00 AM so I know for a fact they did their cash drops so there’s no reason for the doors to be locked with two employees in fact RaceTrac is required to have their doors unlocked and store operational with 2 or more guest service associates overnight. Absolutely ridiculous. That’s just lazy employees."

"i put one star bc of nothing ... I came in for shopping at 10:30 couldnt use their restrooms .. they staff said restrooms close at 9pm .. how come that happens in an gas station 24/7????? Horrible Service .. they staff barricaded it they entrace with water cases.. don't you ever do that ... Should learn healty codes"

"It is a disgusting and distasteful, when as a customer I want to purchase gas at 2:42 in the morning on 11/26/2023, and the doors are locked because both employees in the store want to stuff their face instead of doing their job by helping customers."

"Came into this location last night to find out the front was blocked off by cones. A young man was pressure washing and working very hard at his job, I can tell he was really into what he was doing because I’ve never seen a location so beautiful and cleaned. I could also tell he had some kinda disability as well because he wouldn’t allow any spot to stop him from doing his work. He hit every spot like his life depended on it. I wish more young men and women like him worked as hard. My kids spent 30 minutes watching him work and they really enjoyed it. So thank you to him and thank you Racetrac for providing such a clean environment. The store looked wonderful."

"I came here at 12 am, the gas station is open but both bathrooms are closed, I had been looking for a bathroom everywhere and all the places where closed, I was putting gas and was going to purchase things inside too but when I asked the employee to please let me use the restroom since I really had to pee he said they were not open which I could see, I explained to him and asked if he couldn’t make an exception and he said no because people were trying to go only to use the bathroom, I said im a customer, was putting gas at the moment and was also buying things, he declined and said it was their policy! this is absurd! What would you have a store open if the bathroom is closed!!!! he was even very disrespectful with a terrible attitude! You can count I won’t ever come here to buy even gas for such an insolent employee and ridiculous policies!"
