"Every time I check out either the computer for self checkout or the attendant at the door has to check my cart, verify my items, see my receipt or check my bags. At that point, just tell me you think I’m stealing and leave me alone. I’m sure I’m on a dozen different camera feeds the second I walk in the door so why integrate self checkout and have all these cameras with facial recognition if you’re just going to harass me like it’s a TSA checkpoint while I’m scanning my stuff? Y’all care so much about eliminating theft/shrink you don’t care about alienating your customers who are just trying to shop in peace. Place is trashy af, most employees are zombies just standing around and for how much they charge you should just go to Winn Dixie down the road"
"I dropped by here to pick up some Dale's . I have seen used car lots with fewer vehicles than were in the parking lot. The line at the self checkout area was also long. The next time that I have thoughts of coming here, I am going to take a look at the busy times graph that Google makes available."
"Store is always so crowded but I don't go in always order my stuff and pick it up. I will say that it is a great feature for us that don't like to get around a ton of people in a small area. My five star rating is for the pickup part not for the in-store part. I don't know because I haven't been in there so I can't read it"
"I kind of hate going into this super Walmart and avoid it if possible. The store is dirty, inside and out and nothing is where it belongs. It’s fine if you’re just going to browse, or don’t really need what you’re after, but if you actually need something, it either won’t be in stock or won’t be on the shelf where it belongs. My husband and I had to go there once just after 8pm and the door to the regular side of the store was closed, so everyone had to enter/exit through the grocery side. (The employee near the closed door just shouted “we’re closing!” which wasn’t true — turns out they just make everyone use one side after a certain time to help control theft. I keep waiting for new management or something to turn this location around, but it just doesn’t happen. Edited to add: they lock up the $5 ear buds because this area is rough. Took 7 mins to get the case unlocked."
