"Michelle at this location has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever experienced. We have been trying to adopt one of your cats for going on two months now. We went into the store now for the 3rd time and ask Michelle to call whomever is in charge of doing the adoptions and she said she was unable to because they were working then we asked to leave our phone number and she just walked away. We even offered to adopt both of the cats because they grew attached to each other. At this point I think you guys would just rather keep the poor cats in the small cage for the rest of their lives instead of in a loving spacious home. What a joke."
