"Set a rapid test appointment online for 2:15pm. Received a call informing me casually that I can come to the site early, at my convenience. Arrived at 1:10, called as requested and was informed that the staff takes lunch between 1:00-2:00pm. Happy to have driven, sick and in inclement weather, nearly an hour to the site just to be told to wait in my car for an hour what is essentially my scheduled time. Why tell people to come early? Seriously inconsiderate and apparently poorly managed."
