"I’ve seen multiple reviews about this place and I have to disagree with most of them. I’ve gone to multiple CVS and this is by far the first CVS where it is organized and well kept and I am able to use my cash back points and they’re knowledgeable of everything at the front and pharmacy as well. When I went to pick up my prescription they helped me a lot in understanding the medication and how to take it(Loraymy & Sammy). I will be coming back again! Thank you."
"Awful experience every time I go there. They’re always understaffed with endless weights in the drive-through. Today was a prime example waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through with no acknowledgment that I was even there. The only pharmacy technician helping everyone standing in line in the store. If you can’t man the drive-through, then put a sign up, saying the drive-through is closed and make everybody come inside. But to leave the drive-through open and totally ignore the people coming into the drive-through is very poor customer service"
"The only person at the register used an app to translate Spanish to English. I stood in line while an older lady seemed to have a disagreement with the clerk, taking up time with a number of people getting irritated at the exchange while waiting to check out. The line to check out continue to grow, I'm sure the register girl was doing her best, but... She spoke ZERO English in a CVS store located in Fort Myers Florida, USA where English is the offical and commone language spoken."

"Horrible service. Never have anything ready even though I get a text that prescriptions are ready. It's as if they wait for you to get there and then they fill them. I've never written a review about a pharmacy. Because I am okay with average when co.e to a drug store but they are sub par period never go dealt with such incompency."
