"If I could leave a negative star I would. Worst Service Ever and Corporate is just as bad. Does not stay true on their promises. What kind of company offers you a refund and then turns around and say, no, we changed are mind. We will not be issuing a refund. Office Depot should be ashamed. I was promised a refund because my next-day ink delivery took two weeks to arrive. After repeated excuses and promises, I was told I would receive a refund to compensate for the delay. I telephoned Office Depot because I did not receive the promised refund. OD then told me I would not get the refund because the ink was ultimately delivered. Just as bad, I have attempted to contact OD and have not received a response. Corporate should be ashamed… if you need supplies delivered and are promised next-day delivery, get the item elsewhere because chances are very high that you will not receive the order and will be given a runaround !!!"

"I'm a teacher and needed a ton of papers laminated before school starts up again next week after break. I have arthritis and needed things laminated so my husband could help me cut everything. I brought everything in and the kid behind the counter told me he could maybe do half of it. 'It'll take me a month to do all this.' he said. And told me he couldn't do it. Seriously? This is a service provided by Office Depot that I'd happily pay for. He told me they didn't have a big machine, when I could literally see it behind the counter. What a lazy employee. I will not be going back here."
