"First time stopping in and they were pretty busy. I have to say they have THE BEST most patient level of customer service I've ever seen in the two very sweet women that were running the counter and ringing up purchases. I wasn't sure what I wanted and felt like I was taking forever. (I did step aside though-I'm not 'that guy' who holds up the line of customers!) The girl that helped me was so nice and very knowledgeable about inventory, sales and what's what. The shop itself is something I want to explore when I have more time. I wasn't expecting it to be such an "experience". I haven't been to that complex in years and it's always been kind of dead, but things change and Strange Cloudz is one I can say with certainty will be here to stay. They have it all and they manage to package it with a smile and helpful recommendation, even with the crazy customers like me stare obliviously at the choices stocked full on the shelf.
