She was extremely effective and seemed dedicated to providing services and helping different people while managing the staff efficiently. She helped me get what I needed in a very professional manner. She was pleasant, greeted others, and was overall outstanding. You are the reason I will return to this store. Thank you"

"Came today on 2.17.2024 to print some photos. The person who handles that department was scheduled to come at 11,so everyone was patiently waiting on her to show up,but she did not show up on time so I asked the store manager to call her to confirm if she will be coming today and how much longer we need to wait because she was scheduled at 11. I also mentioned that I don't feel well due to pregnancy and I have been already waiting for 30 mins so I need to know if she will be coming at all and if so,what time because she is already late and I cannot stand and wait for hours. Her response was this is something I cannot do and she started to laugh. I asked her aren't you the store manager and isn't it's your responsibility to confirm that your employees are coming in and if they are coming on time? She said no,she cannot do that and her response to me feeling not well due to the pregnancy was laughing. Never coming back to this place. This is absurd!!!"

"The staff closed the jail gates, locked the entrance, and turned off the lights at least half an hour early, by 7:30 pm in an effort to keep customers OUT. I thought they were closed and so did others. When I walked in I asked why I had to enter through the exit and why are all the lights out? I then asked if the store is closed or if they really close at 8, the posted store hours....the lady said they do in fact close at 8. Another customer was complaining there was no light and asking what if someone falls and gets hurt back there? I refused to shop until they bothered to turn on the normal lighting. Then a Staff member (male white large man) I was told is named Patrick had the audacity to lie to my face and tell me that "The City makes him turn off the lights half an hour early" I called him a LIAR because that is ridiculous and I'm insulted he would tell me such bull$#!+. I bought a large container and left. Other customers continued to enter through the exit. They not only locked the entrance but also blocked it with a sign. The man with his arms folded was very concerned about safety with no lights in the store."
