"This is a smaller store, perhaps the smallest hd I have ever been to. But you can find most anything and the employees were very helpful, far more than any hd I've been to. So this is a unique home depot in that respect."
"I purchase a very expensive grill that only lasted for a week before the painting started to pill out and showed the rust underneath. I called for a return and is suppose to be processed once they pick up the grill. It has being over 3 weeks, several calls and chats with customer service, and a very unpleasant call directly to the store were the representative hanged off the phone on me because she didn’t have an answer to give me. The still haven’t pick up the grill, they give a different pick up day every time I call and still I don’t have my money because “they need to pick up the item” before processing the refund. Terrible experience and horrible customer service."
