"Rude and bad customer service.. It's sad that these complaints are falling on deaf ears.. i see complaints about these racist women from a year ago and its still happening.Entered to return an item. No one at the register. A customer purchasing came up to register at same time as me. I was standing in front of one register while she stood at another. Worker walked to the register, didn't acknowledge me to see who was first to be helped. Helped the other lady. Next, another worker and manager walked up to a farther register talking and once again no one acknowledged me standing watching them at the middle register. Manager walks past middle register to where the first worker was at, no acknowledgement that she will help me.. I had to go to the farther register to get someone to even acknowledge me as she spoke Spanish to me. I got my return without an apology of how poorly they do their jobs. Update September: Much much better experience.I returned to use my credit from the above visit. I talked to a male manager this time. He was pleasant and helpful with a smile. He brought to my attention that it expired after a month. I didn't know that and was willing to pay for the item but he said with a smile he would use the credit anyways.He accepted my credit because I didn't realize there was a time limit to use it.thank you!"

"This is a VERY racist location! And it's especially sad as the goods here are donated by people, out of the kindness of their heart to help others. I was given hostility as soon as I entered with myself, my wife, and 5 children, we are all very light skinned and spoke English [although we speak Hebrew as well], we never did get any help from any workers. My wife asked multiple times and the workers only replied in Spanish, then, stormed off as my wife does not know that language. I heard several workers calling us "gringos" and other slurs as well, myself, I do know some Spanish, I almost lost it when my youngest who is 3 was called that by one of their racist workers as he went under a clothes rack but I instead pulled him back and we left."

"I’ve been coming here for years. This place has gone downhill. The prices are ridiculous and the staff are extremely rude. If you don’t speak Spanish… get ready to be treated badly. My daughter was looking at clothing and a women came up and told her keep the hangers straight. We are very respectful and always hang our clothes back up and don’t leave the fitting room a mess. The people working there are angry and rude. American Thrift is so much better. I won’t be returning. I would like to add that there is one kind lady. Mrs. Margaret. She been there for years and is always sweet. A shame her coworkers don’t act the same."
