"When I when to Badcock I was looking for a bedroom set. I went 3 times ,the 3rd time I met with Ms.Yolanda Garcia whom was so friendly . Must say that her knowledge and patience was even better.I did get my bedroom set and I must say all due to her patience and helping me with all the questions . Everything went smoothly ..I have told my friends to go there and ask for her. Ms Garcia is definitely an asset to your company.its not everyday that we go into a store and greeted with a smile and so positive. She was awesome!!!!"
"I purchased a bed from them and within a year the bed is no longer usable. I called them to complain, they requested pictures I sent them they complained about the pictures, lighting, effects etc. They stopped responding and when I called the person I needed to see was out or not available. I complained to BBB, they never responded."

"Extremely dissatisfied with Badcock furniture I purchase a dinette that cost me over $1000 and within a year the chairs are bending and my son even fell off. Upon having someone come out and check on them we were told that there was nothing they can do because it is not a warranty defect and we would have to look for chairs that match “the kind of people that we are” by that I guess she meant tall heavy weight people and I felt extremely discriminated. She offered me a 15% credit which would be about $110 towards the purchase of six new chairs. This does absolutely nothing for us. Why would I purchase furniture from a company that wont replace unsafe furniture? We have been customers of Badcock for many years and the quality of the furniture is not only disappointing but extremely unsafe. I know point that I asked for my money back I just wanted replacement chairs that can hold my family at dinner safely. I will not recommend this company and take my business elsewhere."
"Please think twice before go there: terrible quality, terrible service and worthless warranty. This pictures you can see is my sofa after 8-9 month of using. In order not to change that with warranty they’ve changed just one price and told me I sabotaged and removed that pieces of fabric))) Crazy idea, for what? starving? Fabric just got away. It started with shrinking and bubbling and then you see what it is. Thanks you"
