"WORST customer service ever! attitude from the minute I stepped inside because in the cashier’s words “I had just wasted a stamp” and now wanted return receipt or tracking of my letter. When I asked her why she was giving me an attitude she rudely responded with “I don’t have an attitude is the way you’re taking it” i asked to see a manager and she said she is the manager and refused to send my package bc I was confused about the options available, was super aggressive and even told me she was going to call the cops on me so I can go where I belong, that she is a correctional officer. I walked out shaking and crying because I couldn’t believe the way I was treated after visiting this place for over 10 years. Unbelievable experience and very unnecessary first thing in the morning. Never will I step inside again!"
