"What's the worst experience in my life trying to get appliances from them the saleswoman Fabio, help me with my order I needed all my kitchen appliances in the washer and dryer due to the hurricane destroying my condominium. The appliances arrived and they had a gas dryer so that was the first problem the second problem was they left the dishwasher in a box the stove didn't hook that up it was no stove cord they did hook up the refrigerator and the washer the other appliances were left there in the Box weird I was adamant about having everything installed so I had to jump through hoops after hoop to get my electric dryer after many phone calls and lots of time wasting my time just to get the right product that I originally wanted and ordered, then they brought the dryer and just left it sitting in the middle of the front room when I was adamant about them installing the dryer. So again I had to make phone calls wait on hold blah blah blah to get somebody to come out and install my dryer they brought the wrong cord I had to go buy my own cord waited all day for someone that was supposed to come on a Friday where did the whole day nobody called nobody came what a terrible company. I ultimately paid my neighbor to install it and went and bought the proper equipment. I will never go to Home Depot ever again"

"It was a rocky start ordering vinyl flooring for our condo. We are from out of state so we were on a time schedule. The flooring we picked was supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 weeks. 10 days after ordering we found out that it was running late and couldn’t they couldn’t give a date. We changed the flooring and that came on time but when delivered they were 11 boxes short. Well thank goodness for Moe Rodriguez and helper Katie for getting the 11 boxes and delivering it to us. From there it took 2 weeks for it to get installed and we specifically made it clear that we were on a time schedule. Home Depot said it was a slow time for the installation and there would be no problem. They also said that it would all be done in one day. When we called for installation they told us 5 days. The installation day finally came and Cliff Hill and helper showed up and the job was completed in 3 days. They did a fantastic job and respected our belongings like it was there own."

"Purchased a new shower kit from store. Was delivered in broken open boxes. Items scratched up. Called store to get an exchange, was told to bring it in. Now if I had a way to bring it in I wouldn't have had it delivered. I'm in a wheelchair and hate attitudes of the manager. Not first time this happened either. Store needs to be a little bit better at customer service. And no I am not a KAREN, I just want to be able to take a shower again."
