"Took away 1 star because their yarn selection is really disappointing. Michaels was my go-to place for yarn. Now they are down to 1 full isle and 1/2 isle of yarn and even in that small area, its missing a lot in the bins. Unfortunately, until they increase their stock, Joann Fabrics in Merchants Crossing has 4 full isles, all end caps and other bins throughput the back end just full of yarn and way more color choices. Michaels is still my go-to for all my other craft needs!"

"They have just about everything. I removed 2 stars because it's not very handicap friendly. I have issues from a stroke and had to use one of their mobility scooters to get around.... All I can say is.... Good luck. It's very difficult to drive one in there. There is no room to move around anywhere in there. My wife and young son went down one area, and I had to go clear on the other side of the store to turn around in their direction and go where they were (and that wasn't easy either). Anyway. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for.... Through the clutter. Star was nice and helpful."

"I ordered a storage rack for pick up and the night before I went to go get it I received a text and email saying my order had been picked up. I went the next day like I had planned and even the manager said my order was picked up but ended up finding it behind the register not in the pickup center. I just found it strange but got a good price and it works perfectly for what I needed."
