"We stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing. Came back after a long day at the beach to empty trash cans, new towels and beds made. Breakfast was great all days with lots of variety. Jungle bird restaurant & Monkey bar are less than a block away. Front desk and cleaning crew are all so nice."

"Nice clean room, BUT don't like how high the microwave was. I am short & I could barely reach it. I would have set up the room a little differently. The breakfast was really good. The bacon was very crispy, which is always a plus! Overall, nice stay."

"The hallways and room smelled of old musty carpet. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok; the coffee was amazing! I probably won't stay again though."

"It’s was an okay stay the showers on the first floor have extremely low ceilings so if over 6’3 you will absolutely struggle to stand in my husband is 6’9… Frank asked for ADA paperwork’s however he was not knowledgeable about ADA laws as providing proof is not required as it exposes peoples medical illnesses by a licensed doctor. When I let him know that he said how to we trust people and I said you take their word people that are sick sometimes do not feel comfortable exposing what we are going through and shouldn’t have to. He gets the job I can give him that but he definitely needs some help especially at check out, room changes or guest experiences. Breakfast was basic but the staff all spoke so that was nice. I would stay again but definitely think frank needs help until he can move faster and not leave people standing at the desk for a long period of time. However he is very nice"
