"I am a local Interior Designer with 20 years of experience in this industry. I have worked with custom cabinet makers for many years, this by far was my worst experience. I enlisted Jamie and her team for my client's kitchen, primary bathroom, and her makeup area in their Palm Beach condo renovation. My clients selected a semi-custom cabinet line and selected their own custom cabinet color, the project total was approximately $55,000. The installation was an absolute nightmare. Many things were left installed incorrectly and with poor finishing. Their installers attitude was terrible, and they even threatened to physically assault one of the building's maintenance men for being asked to move their truck because it was parked improperly. My clients are left with drawers that are rubbing their stove due to their installer's incorrect installation along with a horribly blotchy finished panel underneath cabinetry and a drawer that does not close all the way. My clients were promised everything would be taken care of and I was harassed for three days to make the final payment. Two weeks later, no one was responding to me and then I received a nasty email stating that "I should have my own team of people fix the issues."! I have never worked with a company that didn't resolve their own work issues. I have never had a cabinet company have such little work ethic or not be willing to stand behind their product. I do not recommend working with this company at all. We are now left with drawers that do not function properly and several finish issues that need to be resolved. Truly disgraceful."
