The thing is nobody’s doing their job properly. Employees have no idea where all items located when you need any help. Seems to be like they’re completely lost."

"Ordered two small bags of dog treats for curbside pickup, had been told the next day. Only to be told it was ready for pickup only an hour and a half later. Drove over and parked, had never used their curbside pickup, expected 10-15 minutes at almost 6:00 PM EST. They were at the car not even 5 minutes later. Best curbside I have ever experienced. Thank You so much."

"I only have one question for this store management. Where are you sending your employees to take customer service training? It seems that most of your employees are not happy working in this store, because the lack of professionalism and the lack of basic customer service skills are absent in this store. Raising the voice and screaming to your customers like they’re being paid to visit the store is obviously a very unprofessional way to address the people that pay your salaries. Also, the cleanliness of this store is absolutely unacceptable, I took just a few pictures in the sodas area, must of the groceries shelfs had trash all over."

"Very clean, well-stocked store. This location has a tire center, gas station, and a Charley’s Philly Steaks. It almost resembles the 45th St. store further North, but some differences include a larger selection of footwear, a smaller clearance area, and a smaller garden center. It’s a good store overall with a friendly staff."
