"Drove to the Sarasota location only to find they are now in Venice?? Waisted 2 hrs of my day. Then called to voice my displeasure and the woman that answered the phone was quite rude. Shop somewhere else that values their potential customers!!!!"
"Edit: After several emails back and forth, they did finally understand the mistake that was made and accepted responsibility for it. They refunded the errors and personally called to ensure that everything was taken care of and to make sure there was no further confusion on their end. This company really has poor customer service. They don’t seem to care about helping the customer. They doubled the order on two of our cabinets, but won’t take them back, nor will they admit even when shown that they made a mistake. They claim that it was our fault and that the overage is because of changes that occurred during the construction of our kitchen. Do NOT use this company for any of your work as all they care about is your money. Look elsewhere for your cabinets."

They left off two cabinets from my order and blame me for it. Run far away from this company. They don’t answer the phone and the communication is terrible."
