"This place is beautiful! It is definitely one of those places that have well taken care of merchandise. With that being said, it’s personally too overpriced for me. For example, a brand new long sleeve lululemon in the store is around $90-100, they want $50-60 there. I would rather pay $30 more for brand new. If you’re looking for a designer bag, they have many options here!!!"

"I visited there while on vacation and although they have a decent selection I do believe their prices are a bit to high for many designer items. Certain designers don’t command the price points that they have them listed as. I am an avid designer shopper and I understand the resale market in-depth. I found an item there I liked and had to think about whether I wanted to purchase it. The sales lady was nice enough to offer a discount but even with the discount the price was over inflated. The retail price of the garment was 248 about 5-6 years ago and was selling at the shop for 159. She offered a discount which was nice after I asked which brought it down to about 130, but I’m glad I hesitated because I was able to find the skirt at two different second hand retailers for 56.00 and 20.00 respectively. I bought the 20.00 item on Poshmark. It’s important to know which designer can command a higher pp and which do not and many of the items that they are selling are designers that do not have a high resale value."

"After 24 years of selling high end boutique items online I thought I would try consigning locally. So I stopped by Beautiful You Boutique to see if they were accepting certain high end brand clothing. I spoke to a store employee and she said that they were low on earrings and in addition were only consigning items over $500 currently. So I came in a few days later with high quality earrings and the owner reviewed what I had. I told her that I needed to get a minimum for a certain pair or would take them with me. She said to leave them and she will research the price and would call me to pick them up if she couldn't ask that amount. Instead, never called and claimed they sold on the first day they were put out for WAY UNDER half of the amount we discussed. Very suspicious. Common problem at these places. They have your items hostage and control what happens to them and then use lame excuses. Would never consign here again!!!"
