"Jasmine at the Wesley Chapel Floor & Decor, saved my flooring project! There were many things that went wrong from an Orlando location & the delivery company. Jasmine worked relentlessly to make sure I was happy. I got the product that I wanted & it was delivered in a timely fashion! "We are renovating our forever home and have been shopping for backsplash tile for our kitchen for what seems to be forever! We were in the Wesley Chapel store too many times and could not make a decision. We were in late on 11/11/23 and worked with a fantastic associate named Anthony who was a tremendous help. We ended up leaving the store with a sample of the tile we worked with Anthony to find. We liked it in the light in our kitchen, and in the sunlight. We went back to the store early the next morning to make the purchase. Much to our surprise, Anthony was there again!! He helped load our cart and in the process we found a few broken tiles, enough to not be able to complete our project. Anthony checked inventory and mentioned that the St. Pete store has some of this particular tile. After coming to terms with the fact that we will have to drive to St. Pete, Anthony said he can order all we need and they will all be in fresh boxes and unbroken, but it would take 10-14 days. We have the time, so we agreed to the order. Anthony then worked with us on our grout, rang everything up, and said we’ll get a call when it is in. He was a breath of fresh air after a very long hunt for these tiles. Thank you for all you did…you deserve a raise! ;-)"

"The delivery area treated me very badly, they told me that they would not help me carry 20 boxes of tile, only one person R.J offered and was very kind, I went and spoke to the manager, he only said apologized and continued doing what he was doing, I didn't see that he had any intention of doing anything? When I got home, 4 boxes were open and the tile was scratched or the corners were missing. I don't even recommend this floor and decor, it's better to drive and buy somewhere else."
