"I stop by this store regularly in the early morning. Recently a new girl has started working there. I think her name is Kayla?? It's refreshing walking into the store and seeing a smiling face. I've noticed though that she is always alone. Even when I come on my lunch break to get my fountain drink, she's STILL ALONE. She looks so flustered and frustrated, but she maintains her composure. I've seen a lot of people come and go, I hope you guys (management) can get it together because if you lose her you'll lose multiple customers. I'll make sure of it. Help your employees be better workers. That means being there for them and having their backs. Not leaving them to do a double after she's been there all day with no response from management."
