"They have been lying to me gave me a rug that has a defective issue i asked for a replacement they told me it takes 8 wks to get i calles other stores they told me it only takes about two wks for anything online ordered they have been charging me late fee after late fee and harasaing me on the wks i dont have to pay and charging me every friday a extra 7 something they told me they dont do i will be returning EVERYTHING I HAVE AND GOING TO AARONS WHO IS WAAAAY CHEAPER AND PROFESSIONAL"

"Y'all some scammers, the manager took my money approved me ,delivered furniture, THEN told me I'm not approved anymore, took the furniture back! never refunded me my money and giving me excuses on why they can't refund. THEN said " we'll cash app the money back" LIKE GIRL DID I PAY U IN CASH APP??! JUST GHETTO Very unpleasant and unprofessional, HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! And the managers act like air heads. and I still want my mf refund."
