"Buyer Beware!! If you use the website to select your purchase, it does not accurately depict items. Just picked up a pvc coffee table we viewed online and ordered at the showroom. Online the table corners were rounded. It came with square corners. When we questioned the salesman about it he said "the pictures on the website are 30 years old." I said sounds like your website needs updating. The salesman replied "we can't get any new pictures" Seriously!!"

"I am very disappointed with this store. Earlier this year, my husband and I found a recliner and swivel chair we liked. They put us on a waiting list. I received a call from John in May telling me they had these in stock and they were the color we wanted. I told him I would not be back in Florida until June and asked if he could hold them for me. He said yes, I offered to put a deposit on them and he said no need he would put a sold sign on them. When I arrived to the store they had sold the recliner and increased the price on the swivel chair by $250! He said there was a price increase. I asked about the price and he said furniture is hard to get. I wasn’t happy that they sold the recliner and no longer had the matching set. He said he was sorry that he couldn’t control what another sales associate did. REALLY? If there is a Sold or Hold tag on something, you do not sell it to someone else! Needless to say I was not happy and proceeded to make comment about what had happen and he got a bit snippy (as did I because I was unhappy) and wouldn’t honor the price he quoted me until I said you can keep it and sell it as you did the other one! I left and went to Patio Factory and ordered my furniture!!"
