"Where this is located, is on the edge of an artsy area called park east. It’s right near the APRICOT BAZAAR And there is a cooperative artist studio very large nearby. Also, nearby is kind of an industrial area where they are selling granite by the slab, etc. To the trade or to individuals. I have gotten some great deals here but this is not a small item store like the exchange. Occasionally you can get some small items here but it’s more about actual antiques or larger good quality or vintage items. I recently bought of an amazing rug for $25 solid wool (their original price was $100 and if it’s not sold by a certain date they lower it. )and I bought a beautiful Entry hall table for 75. I’ve seen things here that I’ve never seen before, definite period pieces"

PEL is such a trove of unique and generally high quality furniture, lamps and interesting old items, what a gem of a store. Their friendly volunteers are very helpful. Yes, parking is a bit of a challenge, but very doable, unless perhaps you are accustomed to valet service."
