"Absolutely the worst Rent A Center we have rented from! My couch has been broken for a month, they came out the next day and tech said it needs to be replaced, can’t be fixed. Then and after many attempts to contact the store they have not contacted me back. I have now contacted corporate 3 times (hopefully today is a charm) and still have gotten no contact back but I’m still getting charged!and my couch is still broken. Iv rented from Rent A Center for years in Maine and in RI and have never had this issue even during the pandemic! Update * never received a call back I called corporate for the 6th time and this time I was pissed. They finally got the district manager on the phone. And all he said is he will get a timetime and get back to me if I do not hear from fine in 32 days call again Friday. I called my local store ceaser is very nice. Told me he put an alert on the computer so when the manager victor comes in he will see it and call me back. Nope that was done either so I took my credit card info out of their system. I’m not calling anyone back but I bet by my bday when they don’t get their payment they might finally call back. (And whomever replied lied the account is in my husbands name my account is with the Lakeland fl store)"

"Everyone at the store was so nice. The cut off time for same day delivery was 2 hours before I went to the store. It was Labor Day weekend so nothing til Tuesday. I am diabetic and had been living out of a cooler for over 2 weeks waiting on our landlord to bring one which never happened. Cesar explained to his manager Jose and they delivered it that day. What a blessed that was. I can’t say enough about the customer service at that location."
